Legal Review for Contract of Sale and Vendor Statement

Contract Review - How it Works.

Whether you are a first home buyer, experienced investor or anything in between, navigating all of the general and special conditions of a Contract of Sale or the information contained in the Vendor Statement can sometimes be difficult and time-consuming.

We have over a decade of experience in property law and conveyancing. Let us make the process easier by reviewing the documents and providing you with a written advice that identifies key issues and information about your new-favourite property.

Once you have been given the Contract of Sale and Vendor Statement from the estate agent, you can upload your contract for review, and we'll return it to you within three days. We will then have a complimentary follow-up call with you if you have any questions!

  • Which type of review suits your property?

House - a standalone house or terrace that does not have any common areas.

Unit/Apartment - a lot that has common areas and is subject to an owners corporation or strata title.

Off-the-plan - the property is still in development and either has not been built or is only partially-built.

Peace of mind - if you do not use any of the reviews, the pro-rata surplus will be credited towards the conveyancing process!
