Legal Review for Contract of Sale and Vendor Statement
Which type of review suits your property?
House - a standalone house or terrace that does not have any common areas.
Unit/Apartment - a lot that has common areas and is subject to an owners corporation or strata title.
Off-the-plan - the property is still in development and either has not been built or is only partially-built.
Peace of mind - if you do not use any of the reviews, the pro-rata surplus will be credited towards the conveyancing process!
